It was May of 2021 when Julia and Thomas first met. Their first date was actually a blind double date. Thomas' brother and his girlfriend at the time were the ones who set them up. They thought Thomas and Julia would make a great match, and they were absolutely right! Thomas and Julia quickly learned on their first date that they have a lot in common. They both work for their families' companies, they both love Hawai'i, they both play volleyball, and they both grew up in Gilroy with loving families and friends. The first date took place as they all went to dinner at Opa! in downtown Morgan Hill. It was the perfect evening; they laughed, they drank, they ate, they had fun! Thomas and Julia really got to know each other well that night. The similarities between their personalities was undeniable. The day after their first date, Thomas asked Julia to go on a second date. She answered "yes" of course! The rest of their love story is history. However, the most exciting times are yet to be written. Thomas and Julia now have a whole lifetime together and could not be happier.
